"I cannot recommend this practice enough. They helped my husband as well as myself, and their therapies are the first ones I have found helpful. I also did ADHD testing with them and found it to be incredibly helpful. If you're looking for where to start in therapy, I highly recommend them!"

Skills you can actually use — not just a place to vent.

Our therapists are trained in the approaches with the most research behind them — CBT, DBT, ACT, motivational interviewing, and executive-function coaching — and we lean on whichever ones fit what you're really trying to change.

Sessions stay practical. You won't just talk in circles — most weeks you'll leave with something concrete to try, and we fine-tune it together as we learn what holds for you.

ADHD is our focus — but it's not the only thing we help with.

A lot of what brings people to therapy has nothing to do with attention or focus. We're a full therapy practice, and we also work with adults across New York on:

Life moves fast. Keeping up is hard.

Life is hard! Or maybe it's not and you just want to make it better! Either way, life moves fast, and keeping up can be challenging. We can all use some help managing emotions, staying organized, building relationships, and handling the daily stressors of life.

The constant pressure to keep up can take a toll. Decision fatigue, relationship pressures, out of whack emotions, can all lead to frustration and self-doubt. The stress of juggling work, relationships, and personal goals can make it feel like you're falling short. Over time, overwhelm and inaction can set in and erode your confidence.

The good news is things don't have to be this way. With goal-oriented and skill based strategies you will be well equipped to handle all that life throws your way… no matter what it is.

Therapy saves time and money.

Staying stuck isn't free. It shows up as lost hours, missed work, and the same decisions made twice — week after week.

$282B
A Yale study estimates mental illness costs the economy around $282 billion every year.
12B
The World Health Organization estimates 12 billion working days are lost each year to depression and anxiety — about $1 trillion in lost productivity.

What is staying stuck costing you?

Drag the sliders for a rough picture.

The cost of staying stuck
$12,480 / year
≈ 39 work-days a year

Therapy is usually a fraction of that — and it's the part that changes the math. This is a rough estimate, not financial advice.

Meet the team

We're a group practice, not a one-person shop — a bench of New York therapists who genuinely like this work and keep sharpening it.

You'll have one therapist who's yours from the first session on — no rotating cast. And because the whole team meets and trains together every week, that one relationship comes backed by everyone's experience. You're never someone's learning curve.

The things people ask first

Do you accept insurance?+
Yes. In our mission to be accessible we currently accept CIGNA, Aetna, United, Oxford, Optum, and a few other major insurers. If your plan is not listed above, please contact us and we will verify your insurance coverage
Do you help with out of network coverage?+
Yes, We are partnered with a platform called Thrizer, who will help you obtain out of network benefits if you have them. They will verify your benefits and work with the insurance company to ensure you are reimbursed. Thrizer is currently a free service. They take all the hard work out of using OON benefits.
How are sessions conducted?+
Sessions can be conducted securely online through a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform, with both audio and video — so you can meet from wherever works for you.
Where do I need to be at the time of a session?+
All of our clinicians are licensed in NY and NJ. A person must be physically located within the state that the clinician is licensed at the time of a visit.
Do you do ADHD testing?+
Yes. Please contact for more details if you are interested.
What if I don't have goals?+
Not everyone has a crystal clear idea of what they want to work on in therapy. That is ok. We will work with you to establish goals so that you feel good about what you get out of therapy.
How will you pair me with a therapist?+
No matter who you see in the practice, you will receive the same flavor of therapy. Each team member has gone through, or is going through training in the specialty areas. Additionally, we meet together as clinicians each week to learn and strengthen our clinical skills. We typically pair clients with therapists based on availability and preference.
What are your hours?+
We have a wide range of hours available including early mornings, evenings, and weekends. We know people are busy and it can be hard to fit therapy in. We typically work with people to find a time that works for their specific schedule.

Ready for a week that runs a little smoother?
