Get organized, manage emotions, and achieve goals
ADHD and DBT therapy for New Yorkers
Let’s be real. Life in New York is really hard! It moves fast, and keeping up can feel impossible. Managing emotions, staying organized, building relationships, and handling anxiety or life stressors can leave you drained and stuck. Struggles with focus, decision making or emotional regulation don’t just slow you down—they can rob you of confidence.
The constant pressure to keep up can take a toll. Decision fatigue, relationship pressures, out of control emotions, can all lead to frustration and self-doubt. The stress of juggling work, relationships, and personal goals can make it feel like you’re always falling short—no matter how hard you try. Over time, the cycle of overwhelm and inaction can erode your confidence and leave you wondering if things will ever get better.
The good news is things don’t have to be this way. With skill-building and goal-oriented strategies, our ADHD and DBT therapy helps you manage emotions, reduce anxiety, and navigate life’s stressors with confidence. Whether you’re seeking balance, focus, or emotional regulation, we can help.

Not everyone has a crystal clear idea of what they want to work on in therapy. That is ok. We will work with you to establish goals so that you feel good about what you get out of therapy.

No matter who you see in the practice, you will receive the same flavor of therapy. Each team member has gone through, or is going through training in the specialty areas. Additionally, we meet together as clinicians each week to learn and strengthen our clinical skills.
We typically pair clients with therapists based on availability and preference.

We have a wide range of hours available including early mornings, evenings, and weekends. We know people are busy and it can be hard to fit therapy in. We typically work with people to find a time that works for their specific schedule.
